Returning Undergraduate Students
We are excited for you to continue your journey as a Matador. The steps to your return to jmcomic漫画N will depend on your previous student status and/or your length of time away from jmcomic漫画N. If you are not sure about your student status,听please refer to the Returning Admissions page.
Welcome Back!
If you are returning to jmcomic漫画N, you don鈥檛 need to reapply on Cal State Apply or pay the $70 application fee! Just fill out our听听and we'll get back to you with an admissions decision.
Domestic students who left jmcomic漫画N in all听听鈥� may use the Welcome Back Form.
When you return, your major will be the one you were pursuing when you last attended jmcomic漫画N. If you'd like to change your major, we encourage you 迟辞听consult with an academic advisor听as soon as possible.
Welcome Back Form Availability
- 贵辞谤听fall 2025: The is available:
- Oct. 1, 2024听迟辞听Jan. 31, 2025听for previously disqualified students.
- Oct. 1, 2024听迟辞听July 15, 2025 for students in good standing and on academic notice.
- 贵辞谤听spring 2026: The听Welcome Back Form will be available听Aug. 1 迟辞听Sept. 30, 2025 for all returning students.
Please note:听
- If you are returning to jmcomic漫画N after having already started a second bachelor's degree at jmcomic漫画N, you may use the Welcome Back Form.
- If you have already earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree or higher, please do not use the Welcome Back Form.听Consider applying to a graduate program or a second bachelor's degree.

Students Returning in Good Standing
If you left jmcomic漫画N in good academic standing or on academic notice and you have been away for at least three consecutive semesters, take the steps below to return.

Returning in Good Standing or on Academic Notice
You must submit the听听during its available dates for the semester you intend to return:
- To return in听fall 2025: Submit the between听Oct. 1, 2024, and听July 15, 2025.听
- To return in听spring 2026: Submit our听Welcome Back Form听between听Aug. 1听and听Sept. 30, 2025.
When you return, your major will be the one you were pursuing when you last attended jmcomic漫画N. If you鈥檇 like to change your major, we encourage you 迟辞听consult with an academic advisor.
Once you've submitted the听, we鈥檒l be in touch with any required next steps or documents. For example, we'll ask for official transcripts for any course work you鈥檝e completed since you last attended jmcomic漫画N.
After you submit the Welcome Back Form and we've activated you in the system, you will receive an email from our office with the information you'll need to create or update your jmcomic漫画N user ID and password. You may need to wait for our email to access your jmcomic漫画N Gmail, but you don't need to wait to access the jmcomic漫画N Portal.

Send your official transcripts for any course work you鈥檝e completed since your last jmcomic漫画N attendance. Please note:
- If you are returning in good academic standing or on academic notice and have not taken courses elsewhere since your last attendance at jmcomic漫画N,听no听transcripts are required.
- If you did take courses, send us your official transcripts for any college or university classes you have completed since you last attended jmcomic漫画N.
- We will also ask you to send preliminary transcripts for any course work now in progress.
- As soon as your in-progress course work is complete and grades are posted, send your final transcripts.
All course work must be completed by:
- The end of the spring term before the fall semester in which you intend to enroll.
- The end of the fall term before the spring semester in which you intend to enroll.

Previously Disqualified Students
Good news!听Effective听spring 2025听and on, it鈥檚 easier for previously disqualified students to return to jmcomic漫画N by using the听. You may submit the Welcome Back Form during the available window for your semester of admission:
- Fall admission: from Oct. 1 to Jan. 31
- Spring admission: from听Aug. 1听to听Sept. 30
At jmcomic漫画N, we offer you a path to return after听. Being disqualified means you must听wait at least one semester听before enrolling in jmcomic漫画N courses through the regular process.
To be considered for readmission as an undergraduate or second bachelor's student, you must show improvements that prove your academic growth, which will continue when returning to jmcomic漫画N. These include:
- Successfully completing courses in your degree program at another institution or through The听Tseng College (extended learning) at jmcomic漫画N.
- Earning grades at another institution that show your ability to return to good academic standing in a reasonable timeframe if readmitted to jmcomic漫画N.
We highly encourage you to meet with a friendly听jmcomic漫画N academic advisor in the college of your major听to review your situation and readmission requirements.
For Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 Readmission
You must complete the following听two听basic subject courses that are required for jmcomic漫画 general education with a grade of C- or better:
- Written Communication
- Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning
We strongly recommend that you听also听complete the remaining basic subject jmcomic漫画 general education courses with a C- or better before returning to jmcomic漫画N:
- Critical Thinking*
- Oral Communication (Speech)
*Students re-applying as engineering or computer science majors do not have to complete a critical thinking course prior to readmission.
Steps to Return (Previously Disqualified)
Returning Students Who Were Previously Disqualified
You must submit the听听during its available dates listed in the table below for the semester you intend to return.听You'll also need 迟辞听wait at least one semester听after being disqualified before requesting readmission to jmcomic漫画N.听
Please review the timeline for fall or spring readmission in the table below.
- If disqualified at the end of a fall or spring term, the earliest you can return to jmcomic漫画N is the next like term.
- You don鈥檛 need to reapply on Cal State Apply or pay the $70 application fee.
- The Previously Disqualified Questionnaire is no longer required.
Once you submit the听, our Office of Admissions will be in touch with instructions for your required next steps and documents, so be sure to check your email regularly!

How to Submit Transcripts
- Paper transcripts听must be received in sealed, unopened envelopes. Ask your previous school(s) to send your official transcripts to:

- You may also hand deliver transcripts in sealed, unopened envelopes to the Office of the Registrar, Records and Registration window, Student Services Center, Bayramian Hall lobby (BH 100) during our business hours.
- If you were previously disqualified and have only taken courses in听jmcomic漫画N鈥檚 Tseng College听since your disqualification, no transcripts are required.
- Please do not send duplicate paper and electronic transcripts.
