Tracking the Impact of Career Readiness at Scale

With 36,848 students on campus, the responsibility—and opportunity—to shape the future is massive.

At the jmcomicÂþ»N Career Center, we don’t just support students—we equip a rising generation of Matadors to launch confidently into the world of work. This dashboard offers a dynamic look at the real-world impact of our efforts: the industries hiring our students, the internships that open doors, the graduate programs they pursue, and how they’ve engaged with career development resources along the way.

This is more than data. It’s the story of how we’re helping nearly 37,000 students turn ambition into action—and what that looks like today.

First Destination Survey Dashboard

This interactive dashboard offers insight into the post-graduation plans of jmcomicÂþ»N undergraduate students. Whether students are entering the workforce, continuing their education, or exploring other paths, this tool provides a clear picture of what comes next after earning a jmcomicÂþ»N degree.

What is the First Destination Survey?

Each year, the jmcomicÂþ»N Career Center collects data from graduating seniors to understand their post-graduation outcomes. This includes whether they’ve secured employment, are seeking jobs, are enrolled in further education, or are not actively seeking. Our approach follows the guidelines set by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
