Vendors interested in using the University's trademarks items that are sold at retail or directly to consumers must obtain approval through the licensing program on all designs and products bearing University trademarks.

Licensees must also maintain liability insurance which protects jmcomicÂþ»­N should the products they produce be defective in some way.
